The people
Adelina Neagoe-Băcanu
Graduate in management and holder of a master’s in regional development and European projects, University of Craiova. Certified trainer. Works on target group identification and support, career counselling, project financial management and communication. Has been trainer, finance officer and public relations specialist in projects funded by the European Social Fund and in cross-border programmes.
Adrian Marius Preda
Graduate in finance and banking and holder of a master’s in regional development and European projects, University of Craiova. Trainer of trainers. Works on training in social, civic, entrepreneurial and digital competences, on initial competence assessment and on European information. Has been trainer, assessment expert and target group officer in European Social Fund projects.
Alina-Cristina Ionescu
Graduate in computer science and holder of a master’s in European project management, University of Craiova. Trainer and certified assessor of professional competences. Leads EU-funded projects, from coordinating teams and partners to reporting to the funding authority. Has been project manager in European Social Fund programmes and partner coordinator in cross-border and education projects.
Daniel Neagoe-Băcanu
Graduate in business informatics and master’s in European project management, University of Craiova. Works on the management of EU-funded projects, appraisal of funding applications and applied research. Has coordinated the Europe Direct Craiova centre since 2008, has been project manager in European Social Fund programmes and evaluator for regional and sectoral programmes. Co-author of studies on employment and regional development.
Fănel Vătavu
Physical education teacher, with a master’s in European project management from the University of Craiova and postgraduate studies in entrepreneurship at ISCTE Lisbon. Trainer of trainers and certified assessor of professional competences. Works on educational management, training and assessment. Has been project manager, training officer and promotion officer in European Social Fund and PHARE projects.
Florina-Loredana Pătru
Economist with a degree in business informatics and a master’s in regional development and European projects, University of Craiova. Works on project financial management, public procurement, partnership development and target group management. Has been finance officer and procurement officer in European Social Fund projects, and financial evaluator for the regional operational programme.
Gabi Victor Rădoi
Graduate in law and public administration, Spiru Haret University, Craiova. Certified trainer. Works on identifying, selecting and retaining the target group, and on building local partnerships with municipalities, schools, kindergartens and family doctors. Has been target group officer and partnership officer in European Social Fund projects, in education and public health.
Iulia Ianîcu
Graduate in sociology from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and holder of a master’s in European project management, University of Craiova. Certified trainer. Works on applied sociological research — methodologies, surveys, needs studies — and on career counselling. Has been career counsellor and research expert in projects funded by the European Social Fund and by PHARE.
Liviu Ionescu
Graduate in economics and geodetic engineer, with studies at Spiru Haret University and the University of Craiova. Certified trainer. Works on information and publicity, media relations, visual identity and promotional materials. Has been communication officer and target group officer in projects funded by the European Social Fund and in cross-border programmes.
Raluca Petcu
Graduate in English and French philology and holder of a master’s in European project management, University of Craiova. Certified trainer. Works on career guidance and counselling — building the working instruments, record sheets and questionnaires, adapted to each target group — and on key competence training. Has been career counsellor in European Social Fund projects.
Valeria Leferman
Graduate in theology and philology and holder of a master’s in European project management, University of Craiova. Trainer and certified assessor of professional competences. Coordinates continuing vocational training and works on career counselling and needs studies. Has been project manager in European Social Fund, cross-border and European information projects.
