Track record
Anyone can list projects. What a lead partner actually needs to know is whether you deliver what you committed to, and whether your organisation can carry the cash flow. Here are both, with figures.
Indicator achievement on completed projects
These are final reported rates, verifiable in the closure reports of each project:
| Project | Role | Period | Indicators achieved |
| POSDRU 52056 — career guidance, work placements, research study | Lead | 2014–2015 | 100% |
| POCU 109272 — employment and labour market inclusion network for students in South-West Oltenia | Lead | 2018–2020 | 90.79% |
| POCU 135484 „PERFORMER” — training programmes for 665 employees | Lead partner | 2021–2023 | 90.70% |
| Erasmus+ 2021-1-RO01-KA122-000020066 | Beneficiary | 2021–2023 | over 90% |
We have never had a project terminated, suspended or subjected to a financial correction for failure to reach indicators.
Scale

Financial capacity
Total revenues over the last four financial years exceed RON 17.3 million (approx. EUR 3.4 million), as declared in our most recent funding application, August 2026.
This matters for one practical reason: in Romanian ESF+ and Interreg projects, reimbursement cycles are long. A partner that cannot pre-finance its own activities becomes the consortium’s problem. We have carried multi-year projects through those cycles repeatedly, as lead partner.
Roles we have held
- Sole beneficiary — ANGLE (SMIS 338962), EDUDOLJ (SMIS 333972), DIGI4Dolj (SMIS 333973)
- Lead partner in a consortium — ARIPI (SMIS 348275, with a technological high school), POCU 135484 „PERFORMER”
- Partner — ROCCAS 4 SVO (SMIS 344756) and LIVERO (SMIS 344715), the two regional health screening programmes, and COMPAS (SMIS 325402), all three led by the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova
- Cross-border partner — Interreg Romania–Bulgaria projects since 2014
- Host organisation — Europe Direct Craiova, direct grant from the European Commission Representation in Romania
We are comfortable in any of these positions. What we ask for is that the role is defined clearly before submission, not after the grant agreement is signed.
