Forever for Europe Association is a Romanian non-governmental organisation based in Craiova, working since 2005 to bring European opportunities to one of the EU’s less developed regions — and looking for partners to do more of it.

What we do
Five areas, all with projects in implementation right now:
- Early school leaving and educational inclusion — including Roma communities and vocational education
- Digital and green skills for adults — as an authorised training provider issuing EU-recognised certificates
- Social inclusion of vulnerable groups
- Public health prevention and screening — with the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova
- Cross-border cooperation in the Romania–Bulgaria area, since 2014

Why a partner would choose us
South-West Oltenia is a less developed region under EU cohesion policy. Around 45% of its working-age population has no qualification or a low level of qualification, adult participation in continuing training is among the lowest in Europe, and early school leaving exceeds the national average.
That is the need. What makes a project work there is the ability to reach people who are not reached by standard outreach — and to deliver on the indicators once you have. We have relationships with over 300 local partners, we recruit hard-to-reach target groups routinely, and our completed projects closed at or near 100% of committed indicators.

Working with us
We take the role of lead partner, partner, associated partner or host organisation. We are looking for organisations from other Member States for Erasmus+, CERV, Horizon Europe and other directly managed programmes, Bulgarian partners for Interreg Romania–Bulgaria, universities needing a field implementation partner, and networks working on education, skills, inclusion, health prevention or civic participation.
