EduDolj – qualifications for adults in Dolj
EduDolj is aimed at the people the training system misses most reliably: adults with no qualification at all, or with a qualification the labour market no longer asks for. 310 people in Dolj County receive counselling, basic competences and a recognised qualification. We implement the project as sole beneficiary.

Who benefits
310 people aged 18–64, resident in Dolj County, with no qualification or a low level of qualification — in practice, lower-secondary education at most (ISCED 0-2), or upper-secondary education with a qualification the market no longer demands, or an elementary occupation. People with at most lower-secondary education are eligible regardless of their labour-market status.
What we do
Career guidance and counselling for all 310, each with an individualised support plan, plus at least 60 digital skills workshops. Key competences for 50 people with no qualification at all: 50 hours of Romanian, 50 hours of mathematics, 30 hours of basic IT. One nationally accredited (ANC) level 2 qualification course, „Commercial worker”, 360 hours, 100 participants — a need documented through 132 vacancies reported by employers. Non-accredited courses of 80 hours each in green economy entrepreneurship (5 groups, 65 people), social skills for preventing discrimination in the labour market (5 groups, 65 people) and digital competences (8 groups, 80 people). 310 participant grants and 210 course packages.
Committed results
Output indicator EECO01 requires 310 participants. Result indicator 5SR01 requires 220 people completing training with a certificate. Internal targets are 75 ANC qualification certificates out of 100 course participants, and 150 completion certificates out of 210 on the non-accredited courses — above 70% in both cases.
