Innovative educational services in the Vidin–Montana–Dolj cross-border region, for 600 participants. Includes trainer guides for digital and entrepreneurial competences developed jointly across the border.

Education and inclusion
ARIPI — Real support for inclusive educational pathways
SMIS 348275 · ESF+ / Education and Employment Programme 2021-2027, Priority P8 · 1 September 2026 – 31 August 2029 · Total eligible value RON 6,967,197.74, of which RON 6,907,824.84 non-repayable (99.15%)
Role: lead partner, with the UCECOM „Spiru Haret” Technological High School, Craiova. Targets: 500 pupils supported, 180 receiving conditional financial support for transport, meals and accommodation over at least six months each, 215 in remedial programmes, 105 lower-secondary pupils in career guidance, 96 parents, 30 teachers trained through three accredited programmes.
ANGLE — Access, Non-discrimination, Guidance, Lessons, Joint effort for Roma children’s education
SMIS 338962 · ESF+ / Priority P6, integrated measures for Roma communities · November 2025 – October 2028 · approx. RON 3.09 million, 100% non-repayable
Role: sole beneficiary. 470 people: 200 Roma pupils, 60 teachers, 200 parents, 10 mentors. Personalised support plans, school and vocational counselling, parental education, cultural camps, mentoring of at least four months, dedicated support for Roma girls’ education.
COMPAS — Educational community mobilised for a sustainable academic future

352 disadvantaged pupils and recent school leavers who did not pass the baccalaureate. Counselling and vocational guidance.
Skills and employability
DIGI4Dolj — Adapting digital skills to labour market needs in retail and healthcare

610 employees in Dolj County. Initial competence assessment and personalised training plan for every participant; one ANC-accredited specialisation programme (100 participants); two non-accredited courses of 100 hours each across 34 groups (510 participants). Target: at least 91% certification.
EDUDOLJ — Education and vocational training for people with low qualifications

310 people with no or low qualifications in Dolj County. Level 2 qualification course „Commercial worker” (360 hours, 100 participants, ANC certificate) plus courses in green economy entrepreneurship, digital competences and anti-discrimination. Participant subsidies throughout.

ROCCAS 4 SVO — Colorectal cancer prevention and early detection

In partnership with the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova. Target: 31,575 vulnerable people aged 50–74 informed, at least 25,260 screened by FIT test, approx. 1,388 colonoscopies.
LIVERO — Regional screening programme for chronic liver disease
